Mandy had a play with some of Katy Sue's cake creating templates.

Firstly she has a small Christmas Cake that is covered in fondant icing and decorated with a plaque made from sugar paste, don't you just love the snowman?.... 

She used the snowflake design mat to make the side of the cake and finished off with some fondant snowballs covered in edible glitter and some of the fabulous Christmas ribbon from our Exclusive Yummy Christmas Cupcake range
